It’s amazing what you find when you “de-kludge.” That means really sifting through all the stuff you’ve been schlepping around for years and playing toss, keep, sell or give-away for real.
I came across three tubs, not boxes, tubs of everything from jewelry, vintage beads, 1924 and 1930’s vintage magazines, and the real prize so far… my collection of rock and roll postcards circa 1960’s of groups and artists who performed at the Avalon Ballroom and Fillmore West in San Francisco.
The artwork on these 5×8 (approx) cards truly captures the era so I will share them with you! By the way the collection is valued between $400 – $878.
Big Brother and the Holding Company
THE MOODY BLUES
THE STEVE MILLER BAND
THE MOTHERS OF INVENTION
BUDDY MILES EXPRESS
Most of these images and info about the cards can be found online at http://www.wolfgangsvault.com/ He has them for sale too along with posters and all sorts of memorabilia.
